Penguins on Floating Ice

OUR MISSION

Why Penguins?

Protecting and breeding penguins is crucial for the preservation of biodiversity and the delicate balance of marine ecosystems. Penguins play a vital role in maintaining a healthy food chain, as they are a key link between the ocean and the land. Nautic Foam is committed to protecting and aiding the conversation of penguins. Their diet primarily consists of fish and krill, helping control the population of these species and preventing overpopulation of certain marine organisms. Furthermore, penguins serve as indicators of the overall health of the oceans, reflecting changes in their environment, such as shifts in prey availability and water temperature. By safeguarding penguin populations, we contribute to the conservation of marine biodiversity and the overall well-being of our oceans. Additionally, penguins are charismatic and beloved species, acting as ambassadors for the broader conservation cause. Protecting and breeding them not only ensures their survival but also fosters a sense of responsibility and connection to the natural world, encouraging broader efforts to address environmental challenges.

SAVING THE ARTIC

We are working with existing research groups to build new research and conversation facilities to monitor and run breeding assistant programs. Want to see some real live clients? Check out one of our partner's penguin cam!
